Description of corner lath

Reinforced corner lath is used to strengthen all interior plaster angles at the corners of walls to reduce cracking. This Angle bead is formed by dividing from finished product metal lath, longitudinal bending by 65°Angle,to make sure it fits tightly into the corner. It is usually used for wall-to-wall, wall-to-ceiling joints,shall be applied to reduce gypsum cracking in the inner corner of the masonry structure and in the wooden frame Plasterboard as floating Angle method.
The two wings of the product can achieve 2 "x 2" (50mm*50mm) and 3 "x 3" (76mm*76mm), the length of 4'(1219mm) and 8'(2438mm).

Application

The Angle guard net can form straight edges on the edges of stuccowork to resist cracking.
Protect and strengthen the most vulnerable parts of the plaster.Its reticular fins can be anchored securely on either side of the edges to the full depth of the plastered plaster.Corner mesh is very important for stucco,for stucco corners are most vulnerable to damage during construction and when used for completion,And its construction can save a lot of time easily.

Installation

1. First cut the metal Angle guard to the required length, and apply adhesive plaster to the positive Angle to bond the metal Angle guard, or directly fix it in the positive Angle with screws.
2.Paste the metal corner protector along the positive Angle to the joint filler, and gently squeeze to make it firmly bonded. Cover each side with 100mm wide caulking material and leave to dry.
3.After the second layer of caulking material is dried, sand the surface of caulking material gently.
4.Apply the third layer of caulking material about 200mm wide on each side.
